How do subscriptions work?

The App offers subscription plans that unlock premium yoga routines. Payment is processed through your Apple ID account. To manage or cancel your subscription:

  • iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple:

What happens if my subscription expires?

You'll keep access to free routines and your existing progress, but premium routines will become unavailable. You can resubscribe at any time.

Is my data stored in the cloud?

No. All your exercise data — progress, completed routines, and preferences — is stored locally on your device. We do not upload your exercise data to any server.

What happens if I delete the app?

Deleting the App will permanently remove all your locally stored data, including your progress. This cannot be recovered. Make sure to cancel any active subscription before deleting.

Should I consult my doctor before using ZenFit?

Yes. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have existing health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations. Stop any exercise immediately if you feel pain or discomfort.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your exercise data stays on your device. We use analytics (PostHog) and error tracking (Sentry) to improve the app, but your personal exercise data is never collected. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
