This free online kick counter works just like a dedicated kick counting app. Here's how to use it:
The standard recommendation from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) is to feel at least 10 movements within 2 hours during your baby's active period. Most babies reach 10 well within 30 minutes. If you don't reach 10 in 2 hours, contact your healthcare provider.
For a detailed walkthrough of the kick counting method, see our complete guide to kick counting.
Most providers recommend starting daily kick counts at 28 weeks of pregnancy. By this point, your baby has a regular sleep-wake cycle and their movements are strong enough to track. Learn more about what to expect at each week.
If you'd rather track on paper, download our free printable kick count chart. Print it out and mark each movement by hand.
Use our free due date calculator to find your current pregnancy week and estimated due date. Kick counting is recommended from 28 weeks onward.
This online counter is great for a quick session, but it doesn't save your history. For daily kick counting with charts, trends, reminders, and session history, download the free TinyKicks app.
